Just wanted to post to introduce myself to the forums.

I've been reading a few things here and there, but I haven't used any forums anyway before so I was a little shy to get involved, but now I'm brave enough come out and say hi!

By way of a little introduction:

I'm 22, a pianist, doing grade 8 in summer and hoping do do ATCL at the end of the year.
(never done exams brfore, so it should be interesting!)

I'm also entering a few competitions around march/april/may, in the london area, and I'm planing to go to Chetham's summer school this year - so if anyone else is going, I might see you there!

I'm fairly new here as well, heartbeat, and hadn't used any forums before I can on here. Took me a while to pluck up the nerve to join, but I have found that there lots of lovely people here and (as Cadence says) they don't bite. I'm starting to feel like a regular now, and hope you will do soon.
