Having done my grade 7 over 20 yrs ago and giving up I started having lessons again and weve (teacher and I) decided to start working towards Grade 8. Years ago most of the pieces were in one book so Ive had a look at the Grade 8 book and its 3 CDs with the playlist being whats on the syllabus, I think.
Is there any music with it as well or do I buy them individually?

You need to buy the pieces individually, I think.

Good luck choosing!

Thanks Rosfrog, do you know if I need to buy the Grade 8 CD book thing?? Its 20 odd quid unsure.gif
all ears
I don't think it's a book...just sold as a book. From memory, it's a paper folder with 2-3 CDs in it.

If you are unfamiliar with a lot of the music in the syllabus or you or your teacher don't really know what standard of performance is expected at Grade 8, it's useful, but the only thing you are required to have/borrow/buy is the sheet music.
