I have entered quite a few pupils for Grade 1&2 before and always waited for the results online with baited breath!!

My son took his Prep Test last week - some lovely remarks from the Examiner - came back into the waiting room with a big smile on his face. Very good for his confidence.

My question is this. I know he got a certificate on the day and this is not a pass/fail exam - but do the ABRSM still put it on the reuslts pages - or is it not recognised on there as a "result"?

Just wondered as I had entered him online - whether it would be acknowledged?

Yes it appears with your other entries online but they put "pre" in the mark column.

Congratulations to your son for a successful first exam

It can be a bit annoying when you're expecting results online & you get an email saying there are some ready, only to log in & find it's just the "result" of a pupil's Prep Test & not the results of some grade exams you were expecting.

My only other pupil that I am entering this seesion takes her Grade 3 next week, so I know if something appears soon, it won't be the result of that one!
