Today is a hectic teaching day, right through from 3 till 9 so we are going to go to a nice seafood pub/restaurent on the coast and have lunch, and walk the dogs. Perfect

Diapason... those lunches are all too familiar at times... so...........just to make jealous... I had scallops with bacon in garlic cream sauce and rice with a side salad....only complaint that the tomatoes had just come out of the fridge... not good with sensitive teeth!!!

I did find myself in St. Annes with little more time to spare, so, thinking of you, I went to the Beach Cafe and had a fresh SALMON sandwich with lemon mayonnaise on the side.....but of an upgrade from TOONA
