My broadband connection is not too fast so I have found in the past that recording videos and playing them back worked better. Does anyone know of any free software that can be used for this? I have an flv player, it's capturing the stream in an flv file that is foxing me.

Download the free version of RealPlayer:

Thanks very much, that worked (once I realised that I had to uninstall an old version). I'm now able to record a brilliant version of
