Oh I've just found this http://www.musicroom.com/se/ID_No/022083/details.html I don't know if it's the correct Chopin because it doesn't say, but the C sharp minor played by Perlman is a transcription by Milstein.

Be careful as there are two in that key, an earlier one (no 3) and the more popular one Op Posth which is probably the one you mean and transcribed by Milstein

Thank you fsharpminor and thank you Lottie, it is the one transcribed by Milstein I mean, terribly difficult to find, maybe I should search by Milstein insted of Chopin or with both names, I'll give it a go.

Lottie, I went onto music room to look at the one you pointed out, I've ordered it, I am sure it must be the one, but if it's not it still sounds nice anyway so thank you, will let you know when it arrives.

Thank you Lottie, that IS the one, I've just received it from musicroom today, am really happy to have it and will ask my teacher to help me learn it, no matter how long it takes me to learn it
