A noble effort, but not one of Google's best, methinks...
I liked yesterday's though.
I've just opened up my computer and seen today's - delightful!!!

I just caught this logo, and agree, it was a great little film
Every time Google have a moving image logo, my PC refuses to load it and I get an error message on IE9. But Google Chrome loads and displays it perfectly!

I saw the logo and the name of Mies van der Rohe popped into my head straight away - so I felt very smug to find that I was right! It's a long time since I did a history of art course...
When we were in Barcelona I made my husband and sons come with me to the van der Rohe Pavilion. One lovely statue, one Barcelona chair, a lot of very beautiful marble and a minimalist pool with pebbles. I expected them to be very scathing about it (along the lines of 'is this it?'), but they all found something they liked about it
