I'm new to the forums and just wanted to say a big hello to all :-)

I'm 24 years old and live in Salisbury. I work as a scientist. I've been playing clarinet since I was 9 years old and love it :-) I took A-Level music at school but after I started Uni I didn't have much time for music unforunately. However, I have taken up piano recently and been playing for nearly a year now Its so much fun and I'm loving getting back into my music again :-)

Check out Viva Woodwind and Viva Piano for instrument-related discussion, and Adult Learners as well (although you're maybe rather good on your clari ). My knowledge of the South is rather patchy, but if Salisbury is anywhere vaguely near Taunton (which I think it is...at least by forum standards) you might be interested in the forum event that Flute Diva's organising for later in the year.
