I really like Brahms' Rhapsody no 2 in G minor. In 30 years when I'm dipABRSM standard i'll learn it . . .

Oh I second that! In fact I really like just about all the Brahms Rhapsodies and Intermezzos (intermezzi?).
Also Bach's Italian Concerto, most of the 48 Preludes and Fugues, and the French Suites,
Schubert's Wanderer Fantasia
Poulenc's Nocturnes

I like both of those, but they are fiendishly difficult and I will never play either of them. No-one seems to have mentioned a duet yet, so I must put in a plug for the Schubert F minor Fantasia - a towering work on a symphonic scale. At the non-serious opposite extreme, I love playing Piano 2 in the third movement of the two piano version of Milhaud's "Scaramouche".
