One thing that has really impressed me during the short time I've been 'on the forum' is the wealth of experience out there and which people are generous enough to share.

What would other forum members think about compiling some threads specifically aimed at new teachers/those looking for alternatives to their current methods?

Something along the lines of troubleshooting I suppose, is what I had in mind. No lengthy/wordy/high level language use. Not because I want to insult anyone out there, but there are plenty of teachers out there who do not have English as their first language and also thinking about youngsters who are about Grade 8 standard. Let's face it, I don't want to tackle post graduate level language when I'm in a hurry or enjoying a headache.

What would other people think?

Good idea. It would certainly make it easier to get to a revelant subject area.

And I second your praise of the wealth of knowledge and willingness to share on here. It certainly helps to make one feel that they have a lot of support.
