We are trying to decide what to do as a family this bank holiday. All we've come up with so far is maybe the beach tomorrow and a barbeque with friends on Monday.

Anyone got anything exciting planned??

Weather forecast is good for today and tomorrow, less good for Monday.

So guess what day I'm doing my main excursion for the bank holiday... laugh.gif

Nothing spectacularly different here because OH works on bank holiday Mondays (he works with US clients who don't recognise our holidays)

So out for cappuccino this morning, then a country fair in the afternoon, if it's not raining, then OH wants to go fishing tonight so I'll probably go along with a book and read in the car.

Then I'm meeting my brother and nieces for breakfast tomorrow (they're five and very naughty.. oh help).

Tomorrow afternoon I work on my viola scales after walking the dogs!

Actually it sounds more exciting now I've written it all down!!! laugh.gif party1.gif

I'm off to see my cousins for the week in Norfolk, so i'll be travelling tomorow, playing music loudly to cover the voices of my brothers and sister! I like seeing my cousins, but I struggle after a week, seeing as my brothers and my sister and my two cousins are all younger than me, and we don't have much in common apart from my 12 year old cousin Beth is doing her grade 4 piano, so i'll be playing the piano all week to keep myself sane!

We don't really have a bank holiday here. I'd be working if I wasn't off, but seeing as I *am* off, I'm spending most of Monday travelling to York. biggrin.gif

Digging four holes and filling them with concrete to take the anchors which came with the big swing we bought smallest daughter for her birthday. It's a wooden structure, like you see in posh playgrounds, and has two swings and a swingboat. We've been assembling it for days now.
