Completely by chance, I found the Cliburn Competition webcast throughout and I've been really enjoying it. As well as performances you can see live rehearsals - right now, one of the finalists (who is blind and I think the only one not to speak fluent English) is having a practice with the conductor, playing two concerti: Chopin 1 and Rach 2. If you read this within the next half hour, watch it!! If not, the others are all amazing and he has his rehearsal with the whole orchestra this evening. i think the final performances start on Wednesday.
