There will be an interval - and I'm sure we can throw together a social afterwards. I know some people wanted to have a look through the reams of sheet music at Banks at some time during the day, and I'm sure I can find the number of the posh looking Pizza Express in York and say 'hello, this is barry-clari, can I book a table for lots?'

Now that sounds good! I suffer from appalling nerves with my piano playing - much more so than with my clari. I think I feel a little more in control of my clari, if you see what I mean! I don't really get much opportunity to play in front of anyone else and with another exam looming, I really do need to!

I would have loved to have gone to London but it just wasn't practical for all sorts of reasons. However, it would be great if we could organise something up here - we must have a chat!

At the playing events, we often wear stickers. Sbhoa's stickers for her events are legendary

I've still got my Stalybridge one in my flute case. It was too pretty to throw away.

Fair enough - since I am unlikely to recognise anyone and no one will recognise me either, stickers sound like a jolly fine idea!!

Take them off before you go outside or people will think you're all out on day release!

Erm yes - I suppose it is!! And I'm quite happy with a non-posh basic sticker! Quite happy to bring my own but perhaps collecting our stickers will be a good way of introducing ourselves!
