Tieing my brain in knots trying to sight read two lines of recorder at once.

Shouldn't be that bad surely, you're obviously very proficient at doing that for piano?

Reading isn't the problem - it's that 1 hand is working at totally the wrong place on the recorder and there are some challenges getting the right amount of air into both instruments to get both to sound evenly. This is of course assuming this is still following on from the 2 recorders at once query a few days ago.
As to what I was doing - procrastinating and avoiding the ironing (then again I'm still doing that really)
Yup, that's the one. Surprisingly, I'm not having too much of a problem playing right-handed and the much bigger problem is trying not to drop the left one - I got a bit worried about my new treble and have switched to two plastic descants now.

I think I may be slightly better at the whole two recorders thing if it was more tuneful.

LOL you are mad, playing 2 at once!!! Are you going to get a drum for your back as well so you can do a "one woman band" party trick or something?

What are you playing?
No, I would play the piano with my feet actually. That would be much more impressive than a drum on my back.

If you fancy listening to some more (slightly - ok, very - strange) recorder music,
this is the piece I'm attempting to play.

It doesn't start till about a third the way through and you have to ignoe the weird dancer.
