That quote is from several years ago now, so I'm not sure if it's actually still true. I think that's what Littlejohn was getting at.

As for toady - that's what I thought, Littlejohn has taken on that sort of appearance! tongue.gif

Watching an extremely interesting television programme about global warming in which the theory being put forward was that cosmic activity influences cloud formation which influences climate and that human activity is very secondary. This is not politically correct - but then neither was Gallileo. It appears that the powers that be are trying to stifle this piece of scientific information in case it turns out to be correct.

Oooh, no! All the footie people in our house have gone out (well, I don't count because I only support Watford who're bound to lose, they usually do tongue.gif ) so daughter is about to glue herself to the TV to watch the boat-race. This is the first one that's had real meaning for her, if you see what I mean.

Meanwhile, I've got the problem of who to support blink.gif - when the OH was the only one interested, out of fairness to the teams I'd support the light blues, but now we've got one real light blue, and one real dark blue. rolleyes.gif I think I'll go out shopping - we need more milk anyway. dry.gif

They are. You can't compare them with their acoustic grands but they certainly are better than the uprights, much more responsive and don't let you "get away" with anything like a lot of other digitals. Infact maybe that's a down side!! blush.gif
