Sorting out the tenth request for a change of lesson time in the one and a bit weeks left before our exam session. And the awful thing is they all have genuine reasons. And expect when I sign off there will be an eleventh message waiting for me and if so I shall come back and migrate to the screaming thread.

Ditto! Although somehow, strangely, Maggie and I missed each other despite apparently sitting near each other - perhaps we were in parallel universes...

...
New keyboardist FAB, Baz - as cool and as quirky as the rest of them

They were, as ever, all just stunning. Piers is SUCH a lovely guy and Bagpuss was sooooo lucky that he was her one and only recorder teacher *sigh*. Sadly Bag had to miss the gig because of a streaming cold

Definately!! Just hoping their plane is going to be able to get to Gib as it's a thick sea fog here this morning, although it's better than it was....due in 10 mins otherwise it's a coach to malaga airport. She's going camping for 3 weeks with her grandparents in a field in the IOM - no facilities, but they have a fire gonig all the time to cook on etc. Lots and lots of fun!

After a month of no days off at all, both the teaching commitments I had today suddenly cancelled at the last minute - so I slept for 10 hours and am now feeling slightly more human and with much lighter spirits than previously.
So...now to plan Saturday's lessons (two very big days coming up) and then I'm going to treat myself to a bit of tennis-watching.
