Seriously, though, it's doing my head in now... I think it's a mistake - either that or a trick question...
The 1st, 3rd and 5th numbers are a sequence, with 3 being added between each number.
The 2nd, 4th and 6th numbers are a separate sequence with 2 being subtracted from each number.
