I'm already in bed using my iPhone to check on new posts since leaving my Horsforth office at 3.45. So what I hope to do next is fall asleep!

Do something awful to one of my housemates rooms. I know it's a silly and immature response but I am sick of him. (For anyone who remembers, this is the guy who put me in the bin last term). mad.gif mad.gif

Is he still giving you bother? thereThere.gif Sounds like he's silly and immature. mad.gif
He is. Today, my friend and I spent two hours cleaning the kitchen because we're having joint birthday celebrations this weekend (friends coming to stay etc). This evening, he had a load of people round... bottles everywhere, mud all over the floor, food on the surfaces (and all over the hob, which we scrubbed), *stuff* in the sink... My friend politely asked him to tidy up before he went out. His response was 'Don't worry, Fiona will do it tomorrow."

No she won't. sad.gif

(FWIW, I went into his room, which he leaves unlocked, and it already looked like a tip, so I decided he wouldn't notice anything I did, and that I'd rather not touch any of his things.)

Does this person have any sort of conscience, Celeste? Doesn't appear to...

Try not to let this appalling person get to you Celeste, and I hope you have a fun celebration this weekend smile.gif

I think you need to tell him in no uncertain terms that it's his responsibility to clear up his own mess. mad.gif Sounds like a complete tool IMO.

That's awful Celeste. He just sounds like a first-class douche in my opinion. thereThere.gif You know what you should do, which won't involve you having to touch his things? Pour maple syrup all over his clothes. biggrin.gif

As you want the place clean (and it doesn't look like he will do it) I would take all the stuff he left lying around, bottles, food and dishes and put them in his room.

I am going to leave work and not come back for TWO whole weeks yay.gif

I cannot believe that you could say such an irresponsible thing!

What a waste of maple syrup! wink.gif

Besides, he'd notice immediately.

Find out where he keeps his underpants and pour a thin line of syrup inside up the centre - each side - so he doesn't notice till he puts them on.

If they're white, toothpaste is a good alternative - and potentially far more painful!

Remember - revenge is a dish best served cold. Bide your time! biggrin.gif
