Is he still giving you bother?

Sounds like he's silly and immature.

He is. Today, my friend and I spent two hours cleaning the kitchen because we're having joint birthday celebrations this weekend (friends coming to stay etc). This evening, he had a load of people round... bottles everywhere, mud all over the floor, food on the surfaces (and all over the hob, which we scrubbed), *stuff* in the sink... My friend politely asked him to tidy up before he went out. His response was 'Don't worry, Fiona will do it tomorrow."
No she won't.

(FWIW, I went into his room, which he leaves unlocked, and it already looked like a tip, so I decided he wouldn't notice anything I did, and that I'd rather not touch any of his things.)
