Confident Music Performance - book by Ruth Bonetti

I just wondered if anyone had read it and what you thought of it? Her book about practising has been recommended here in the past I believe.

I read Music - the inner game (Cant remember the author), cant say it necessarily helped much! I would welcome other recommendations too.

I have read both and enjoyed them enormously. Even though I don't think of myself as a 'performer' in any sense, I found each title thought-provoking and interesting in different ways. I would say each one was worth a look for any adult interested in/learning an instrument.
