Hello all.

After giving the premiere performance of my composition at a packed organ recital I organised (attended by over 100), people most notable my dad seem to think that I should be performed on T.V.

It is a solemn piece reflecting the dead soliders in the recent conflicts in Afghanistan and Iraq.

Now I know that lots of the audience though that It was an ideal piece for the Royal British Legion Festival of rememberance at the Royal Albert Hall.
However the chances of it being performed at such an event are slim.

My dad seems to think that I can just e-mail the organisers and they will put it in the programme.

Surly they wont do that?

You can but try. If it got to the right person and they liked it, you might find that they thought about doing it in the future.

It's pretty unlikely, but if you don't try then it definitely won't happen.

Anyone else remember when our very own cheeble had a piece performed on BBC radio? smile.gif

Yes, I think it's still recorded on my old mp3 player!
