I would like to do grade 6 theory but my piano teacher thinks she would struggle and I just can't seem to find anybody at all in the Staffordshire area that can teach it? Does anybody know a good site to search for one or something.

Try your local sixth form college - all the A level teachers I know do theory lessons in their spare time - not really for the money as much as the interest in finding students with enthusiasm for the higher levels.

Stoke on Trent College used to run an evening class in music theory. Im not sure if it's still going but it might be worth asking.
