I played my jazzy piece for the jazz evening when I was at Pro corda last weekend, it was very interesting as I had drunk a glass of wine and a glass of champagne first - well at least I had a good excuse for going wrong then! lol
How was Pro Corda by the way, ET?

I'm quite interested in doing something similar at some point soon (I'm booked into the Benslow sight reading weekend for April). I think a lot of Pro Corda courses are aimed at more advanced players, though?
It was great, will be back again next year. There are some advanced players but I have never felt intimidated, it is nice to hear how I hope I will play one day.
This year we had a lady that was Grade 1 and I am sure that she got just as much out of it as I did.
You should take a look at their web site, Andrew thinks I am recruiting for Pro Corda singlehanded, got 2 new ones for him this year - shame I am not on commission lol
Andrew is brilliant and so are the teachers that he brings in. It is Adult piano, I think for the other courses not aimed at adults you have to do auditions to go.
Good luck with the sight reading course, I have never had any problem with sight reading, I think it is because I am always picking up new things and having a go. Mind you, sounds like you are always picking up new things on your own without your teacher, so yours must be quite good too.
Looking forward to Saturday.
