When composing a melody using the F pentatonic scale can i use chords I , ii , iii , IV , V , vi , vii to harmonise it or can i only use chords that contain only the notes of the F Pentatonic scale ?
Any help would be great

You can use whatever chords you like, so long as it sounds right..... You dont have to use chords from the scale/key the melody is in.

Harmonising using chords from the pentatonic scale would be unusual. The pentatonic scale is generally used melodically, not to form chords.
Using major key harmony (the roman numeral chords you listed) would be more usual. Although really pentatonic melodies don't tend to suggest harmonic progression the same way major key melodies do (no leading tone), and usually stand by themselves okay, without harmony.
But yes, if you want to harmonise it, the simplest way would just be diatonic major key harmony.
