Ignore these, as there's been a spate of phishing scams of late... one of which is detailed below:

If you have one of these mails, just delete it. If you still have access to your Live account and went through any sort of password reset/verification process that you don't remember initiating, change your password now to be safe!
I had one last night and binned it as I'd not requested any password reset.
