I have just taken on a lovely little girl as a new pupil and because I have had a few problems with payment/ notice etc in the past, I have written out a sort of terms and conditions sheet. Is it a good idea to have the parent sign a slip at the bottom to confirm she understands the T and C?

I usually get them signed and then give them a copy.

It's important to have T&C. I tend not to get mine signed, but I make sure they've read and understood it, and are happy with it.
