Can any Violin teacher help with the fingerings for the Romanian Dance No 5 for Violin.

This is also posted in Viva Strings but I have had no joy there as yet.

Daughter is doing Grade 7 at the end of term and not done this with her teacher yet but she wants to practise it! and is not sure about the fingerings

Would it be open D with 3rd position top D using 1st finger then 3rd finger on the F sharp then 4th stretched finger on the A?
Where would she shift down for the 2/4 bar?
I presume bar 11 onwards is the same as the beginning?
Bar 17 onwards - is this all on the G string to the end? Where is the sift in bar 19?
