Is there a form available for the Leeds concert yet? I don't want to miss it in my pre-Christmas (and pre-exam ) scramble...

Just to let everybody know that St George is currently updating the web page and application form, and hopefully I'll be able to post it in the next day or so. I'm asking for forms to be sent back by the 20th (a week on Friday), following which I'll see whether there is time to accommodate any extra slots, and I'll have a clearer picture re the accompanying

Having not done this before.... can I ask what info goes on the form? Do we need to have decided what pieces we are doing?

There is space on the form to put what you're playing if you know, but if you don't know yet, it's fine to let me know later
