Watching something on Murdoch 1 about an obese bloke from Yorkshire who has a lovely compact little tanned upright piano. With some easy piano music on the stand, meaning that it's used and not left as a piece of furniture!

Watching darts. But not through my own choice I have to say. Bobby George has no idea how stupid he looks with all that chavvish jewellery. he really thinks he's Liberace or Elton John!!!

Listening to the complete 'Also Sprach Zarathustra' by Richard Strauss. It's a great piece for banishing a bit of angsty anger, more so than Mars from the planets Suite, and better by far than listening to Kurt Cobain or the latest East London 'grimesta' rapper.

Hopefully roasted root vegetables, if done with not too much olive oil (as opposed to goose fat, which is what we had at Christmas), fit the bill.
