Ok, so my friend and I have been having a go at loads of duets and would quite like to learn some christmassy things so that, when christmas comes, we can actually play them rather than sight-reading them badly. We're both around grade 8 standard so, although beginner descant duets are a possibility, it would be nice to find something a bit more interesting and possibly jazzy. Does anyone have any ideas for books?

This is for a recorder of whatever size and a flute, by the way, so treble recorder duet music is probably the most helpful instrumentation, but I could transpose low bits of flute duets up the octave if necessary.

Anything written for SS or SA would work, but if it was SA one of you would need to put the alto line up an octave. smile.gif
