I am a student at Bath Spa University. I don't get any data from you when you answer the survey, the only information I get is the information you have entered in the questionnaire. and it doesn't ask for your email address. I am running this survey to support my dissertation.

That seems fine to me - I wasn't asked for e-mail addy or any other identification.

I've also done it. The question about how long you've been playing was ambiguous for those of us who play more than one instrument - I answered for the one I started youngest.

I hadn't thought about that, thanks for pointing it out. I'll bear it in mind when I'm analysing the results. Thanks for answering my questionnaire, it will come in really useful for my dissertation

I've just answered the survey, but as I am in excellent health, it was a very short questionnaire for me!
