Eek, you're one of these people who doesn't speak english! Oh well, hopefully I understand enough of what you said to reply.

It's really difficult when you're friends with someone like that. I have a friend who's similar, and I feel very frustrated with her at times.

When your mate's acting competitively, does it make you feel like you want to play better than her? i.e. do you feel like competing back?

What would it be like for you to talk to her about it, for instance to say "I get a sense that you want to be a better player than me, and that makes me feel sad because it gets in the way of our friendship." ?

That used to happen with me and my best mate a bit, but we have now discovered that we each play at the same standard, but we just like different music styles and challenges. Just have a quiet word with her, she should understand

If she's a good friend in all other respects, don't say anything to her. Just accept it as a 'foible' of hers and try to ignore her competitive streak.

She's probably not trying to compete with you, but more trying to compete with herself. She's probably got something to prove to herself or her family, and is using you as a benchmark, as to what's a good standard or not. She'll maybe realise that the whole point in being musicians is that we can play off each other's strengths and weaknesses, it gives us something to improve on, or to help others improve on. You can always improve, and lets face it, it'd be boring if we were all the same!!!
