Are you tounging your notes? Perhaps the reed doesn't quite have time to react to the pressures. Also, make sure you have all your fingers in the right place, and that you're not knocking any other keys or levers anywhere.

Remember you need a different mouth shape to get different notes. You need to tighten up your embrochure to get the high notes and relax it for the low notes.
