Beth has been having singing lessons for just under 2 years but for the first 6 to 9 months she didn't do much practice and even after that until September last year she probably didn't do much. More recently she has been practicing most days and passed her Grade 2 in December.
But the most surprising thing is that her language skills are really improving. Quite suddenly she is making huge leaps.
Obviously I can't prove it but I really think the singing may have been a trigger for this. I'm not taking any chances and I'm encouraging singing for all I'm worth.
