I'm off to bed too! Much as I would love to have the energy to play some piano, after a day at work then feeding 3 children, then a spot of housework, and too long on the forums, I've had it for today and any practice would be rubbish anyway.

SLEEP.

Had a horrible night (didn't stop working until 11.40pm last night so was very late to bed) - on the edge of sleep all the time, vile dreams (including dreaming that a work colleague - with whom I get on famously - being electrocuted by a lawnmower blink.gif ), hearing the milkman arrive at 4am...up at 6, in the City by 8.20 and almost got blown off my feet by the wind whipping round the Barbican - could hardly see, let alone walk..my groups were as lovely as ever but I was feeling so bad that I had to work SO hard at producing the 'extrovert me'...the junior choir were making heavy weather of the piece I'm doing with them sad.gif ...then home through piles of traffic, quick cup of tea and then a private group at home. They're absolutely lovely but by the time they'd gone at 5.30pm I had absolutely had it.

Feeling so rough that I'm off to bed NOW. Big meeting tomorrow and lots to prepare for it but I'm just too done in now - will have to get up earlier than planned in the morning and do it then!

Can't WAIT to get my poor ancient self into my lovely warm bed...

I do rather like classic cars yes wub.gif laugh.gif

The motoring group is the local branch of the Institute of Advanced Motorists, I'm quite heavily involved with the group (at the moment....), editing the newsletters, on committee and conducting 'mock tests' before sending associate members for their Advanced Test.

biggrin.gif Glad someone else on the forum shares my interest! What cars have you got?

I know someone in the IAM, not in it myself but I'm more into racing, myself. I do have a National B licence and used to compete in sprints and hillclimbs, not at the moment because of money / time / sorting out my future, BORING STUFF! sad.gif

At the moment I've got two Porsche 944s smile.gif an early dash, in black with 15" Fuchs and a oval dash in gold with 16" Fondmetals, they are lovely smile.gif prefer the early car though! I also trade classic cars, just sold an MGB GT and going to look at an MGB GT V8 to trade next week smile.gif Don't have any modern cars ... lifes to short to drive something you aren't interested in for your daily! tongue.gif Used to have a Boxster S though.

Wow *turns a rather envious shade of green!* I don't have any classic cars, so my interest is purely looking and drooling for the timebeing.

biggrin.gif Routemasters often come up for sale for relatively cheap prices (it's the size that keeps prices relatively low, as the storage often costs a lot). The little GS bus in the picture would be quite a lot cheaper though biggrin.gif
