Plan a Further Mathematics lesson on the parametric form of the parabola and hyperbola, for 10am on Friday.

That's after I've put the rubbish out for collection tomorrow! They always arrive at 7am on the dot - I think we're probably the first on their round - the dustcart reversing with a beep and a female voice informing us all that the vehicle is reversing!

I've been running through show-tunes in preparation for accompanying singers. Not really my cup of tea, but the songs
are nice, I have to admit; from Oliver, West Side Story and Les Miserables. I joined their singing lessons during the day, so I'm about to do some playing of what
I like.
Who knows, maybe a nocturne myself!

Well, I'll definitely be putting some effort into learning the D minor Field one soon after hearing you play it so well at first sight!

I just need to finish this Bagatelle (getting there!) and the Tchaikovsky "June" piece first before I take on anything else seriously - argh!

Wow! Many thanks. That'll save me trawling through at random.
In singing lessons yesterday, I accompanied Who Will Buy (Oliver), Somewhere (West Side Story) and Hello Dolly! together with a couple of the set competition songs. Tomorrow will be Les Mis'-heavy though, so I thought I'd better get clued up - just as well to know the words, for phrasing etc.

Sonata Op.49/2! It's supposed to be his easiest one but I difinitely do not find it easy!!!! Every section has a different level of difficulty and right now I'm really struggling with it! When my teacher plays it, it sounds so nice and so cheerful. The way I play it...you feel so depressed by the end of it you feel like you want to jump of the window!!!!
It's going to require A LOT of work before it sounds half decent but I'm enjoying the challenge!

LOL! I'm not sure if that was the one I was having an idle play with the other week. Sonata movements are so much work, but so rewarding!

Can't believe I'm crazy enough to start on a 3rd one now but I can't get OP.28 ii out of my head, I love it!

You'll play it beautifully in a few months, I'm sure
