Hey wonder if anyone can recomend a piano teacher in the east yorkshire area, ive found sites with listings but i dont know who to go for, ive had teachers in the past who i never really got one with.

any suggestions?

Best thing to do would be to ring teachers and ask for trial lessons. You might have to meet a couple of them but you will mesh eventually with one. What works well for others might not work well for you, so you really do have to speak to teachers yourself and see how you click.

In your town you can't swing a cat without hitting a piano teacher.

Suggest you have a look at the cards in the local music shop.
