my sightreading a really bad and i always lose lots of marks in my piano exams by sightreading, i found it really difficult.

Practice, Practice, Practice. I got 13 on my Sight Reading for Grade 3 but since then I've been practicing and I think I've gotten better at it. Try using more complicating songs and just play it with both hands.
