At this point I'm really not sure .... Unlikely - November gets pretty hectic with trying to "play Santa" to all walks of the family - we usually need more than 4 weekends to do it all!

However, don't rule me out entirely yet ..... I'll get back to you.

Sorry I won't be able to make it!

With one concert (plus Friday and Saturday afternoon practice) the weekend before,
Another, plus Saturday afternoon practice on the 20th.

I think my OH will be truly feeling like an oboe widower. Another day away will really be a bit unfair I think!

Also think it maybe a bit much for me to manage. I will probably be spending the sunday recovering!

Considering that I'm in the same county, it seems ridiculous that my train journey could take more than three hours! Even the 'fast' (I use the term very loosely, you understand) service takes more than two hours!

If I do make this, it looks like I will be in the car. However, I will need to persuade husband to postpone his 40th first!! I know I will be more than happy to postpone mine when it's my turn next year!!

Don't know where I've been , but have only just seen this. However, I doubt I can come - I'll have been at the RNCM sax day the previous weekend, and I think 2 Sundays out on the trot will be a bit much for OH, given how busy our weekends usually are.

I'm so sorry but I'm not going to be able to make this either - it's just bad timing for me but will certainly do my best to get there if you arrange a second one!

A pity if this first one goes well, I'm sure Louise and I will look at doing a second one sometime

If this one goes ok and you are willing to venture up here again Barry, then I'm sure we will look at doing another

I may not make it to band tonight as I have to take my daughter to 6th form open evening, but I have a cheque for you as Hubby and I will both be at the playday. We can't come to eat after as we have tickets for Jules Holland the same night!
