ughhh....mvt.1 of moonlight sonata is so over rated. mine are
Pathetique Sonata mvt.1-beethoven
Revolutionary etude-chopin
and i am learning deux arabesque by Debussy which is very fun and is a nice piece. i have tons of other favorite pieces that i like but am either too occupied to play, or just am not at the level yet

From a performance viewpoint my favourite piece that I have recently learnt is 'Premiere communion de la Vierge' from 'Vingt Regards' by Messiaen. There is so much that you can bring to the piece, the contrast is like fire and ice
Though I can't play it, my all-time favourite solo piano piece is Debussy's 'L'isle joyeuse'. How cool is it when the lyrical middle theme comes back for the coda!
on a simpler scale Satie's Gnossiennes still do it for me. My favourite of those is the second one

bits from Hindemith's Ludus Tonalis, and the Bach Prelude and Fugues book1 are good (but then again I am also an organist, so that explains the Bach obsession!)

Chopin - Etude in E Major, Op. 10 No. 3
Brahms - Hungarian Dance in F# Minor, No. 5
Tchaikovsky - Nutcracker Suite (love most of them anyways)
Gershwin - I Got Rhythm
Gershwin - Rhapsody in Blue (haven't played it.... yet)
Debusy - The Girl with Flaxen hair (i think that's the title....)
so far these are my favourite... i like a few mozart sonatas but can't quite remember the title

Since I'm just a beginner on piano (just over a year), my pieces are very limited but my fav will always be Mozart's Sonata in C major K.545.
Why? Because it' was the first proper classical piece I was given to learn and I was given it after around 6-7 months since I started and I cant stop playing it and I love it! @___@ hoo hooOOooOo!

I'm learning that at the moment and I'm really enjoying it. I have also enjoyed learning a lot of pieces by Debussy as they're quite different from anything else I've played really.

I am a very inexperienced pianist but I keep attempting to play an old Grade 3 piece - Anglaise in D minor (Anon), which I think sounds pretty.
