As a brand new customer I have (the morning after my late afternoon phone call) the first of three cello bows on approval .
I simply couldn't wish for better service, a good long honest phone conversation, plus the bow the following day, thanks Liz for your efforts and I await the others.
As far as the cellos go, I played the one you sent to Edinburgh last week, and it compares very very favourably with my own, lets not talk about the price difference!!!!
