I have recently been passed a new student for flute lessons from a teacher (who is a not a flute player but thinks they can teach it!).

The pupil is very keen and although she is able to blow and produce a sound (all be it very huffy and airy, not too mention poor posture and hand position! grrrrr very frustrating)
.....anyway, I digress. The problem is this pupil has an underbite and trying to get her to form a good embouchure is extremely challenging.

Just wondered if anyone has experience of this and any tips that may overcome/improve this problem with position.

thanks in advance
