Hi, I'm new here.

Apologies if this has already been covered, but can anyone play the piano grade 6 arpeggios 4 octaves at the speed they set in the book? Does anyone else have trouble with this or is it just me? Also will it affect the marking, does anybody know? HELP!!

I can do it, but it is harder and more prone to mistakes than any of the other G6 scales, 7ths, etc. I did it by practising slowly with the metronome (to force myself to go slowly), and gradually increasing the speed - then going over the required speed, and dropping back to it again. This was over a few months, I might add, not overnight. Keep trying!
