Our account is still there, as far as I know, they claim the card details are incorrect. I suspect there has been some sort of problem with their system.
I rang them up and got a bit frustrated threatening never to use them again so it looks like they are on a mission to annoy customers

I wouldn't mind if they had emailed and told me. I only rang them when the item didn't arrive after the despatch notification.
