Is it just me? I can't log in and the site is saying it doesn't recognise my email address.

I've a feeling they have deleted my account - my email address isn't recognised. I'll be very annoyed if this is the case. I have spent goodness knows how much with them over the years.

Our account is still there, as far as I know, they claim the card details are incorrect. I suspect there has been some sort of problem with their system.

I rang them up and got a bit frustrated threatening never to use them again so it looks like they are on a mission to annoy customers rolleyes.gif I wouldn't mind if they had emailed and told me. I only rang them when the item didn't arrive after the despatch notification.

Grrrrr, the concept of customer service seems to have gone completely out of the window in this country. I get so fed up with all the nonsense that goes on.

I had a similar problem too. Spent ages on the phone sorting it out!!

My account has also disappeared I'm not able to log in anymore.
