I wish to learn to play the piano and wondered if anyone had any recommendations for piano tutor software. I saw Charanga Piano Coach in PC world the other day, but don't know how good it is, or how it compares with other software available. I'm not new to music (I play trumpet/cornet) but I am new to piano.

I intend to have a lesson with a human teacher every now and again to make sure I'm on the right track. The software will hopefully guide me through the tons of spadework I'll no doubt have to do, though.

I have a piano but can't play it at night because of all the kids being asleep. I hope to buy an electric piano soon (the keyboard on the Casio PX-100 feels excellent for the price) so I can play without disturbing others.
