Is there anyone else who is still waiting on practical exam results from the november/ december season of exams?!
I sat my grade 8 piano on December the 2nd and STILL have no results back - I wouldn't be concerned, but from regularly reading these forums, it seems that most people have their results back already.

I would give it another week and see if something turns up. I imagine that Christmas causes quite a backlog in getting forms out and a friend of mine only just got her results back for that period of December exams.

If you are the applicant (ie the person who applied to take the exam) you can contact the ABRSM yourself to ask what's happening. If your teacher applied, he/she should do it for you. I would have thought by the end of next week it would be very reasonable to ask if you've still heard nothing.

Hope the results's what you're expecting when it turns up!

When I did my first ever exam (Grade 5 violin when I was 9) I had to take it at a secondary school in June... of course, the results got posted to the school and then the school closed for the holidays, and I didn't get my results until September!!

Yeah, same when I (first) attempted my grade 4!

The results should have been posted long ago especially as the entries for the next exam session close on-line tomorrow. Check with the person who entered you and if they haven't got them yet they should contact ABRSM. My students did their exams on 10th December 2004 and the results arrived on Christmas Eve.

I did G6 piano exam on 7th Dec and results were received on 8th Jan

Sorry to hear that Lezza- but the fact that it was only four marks should encourage you to try again!

Yeah, go for it again Lezza!!! Was it any particular section that let you down? You weren't far off though!!
