The jazz group I play in has a gig next Sunday (26th June) from about 6.30 in The Railway pub in Blackheath (currently located next to the station). It's very informal - we'll play a couple of sets, some people will listen, some will carry on with their regular Sunday evening chit-chat, most will continue to drink beer / wine / lemonade etc. It's a nice pub, very crowded and a bit of a cattle-market on Thurs / Fri / Sat evenings, but much quieter and more refined at other times.

If anyone is in the vicinity and fancies a Sunday evening out then please do drop in - the more people we can drag in the more well-disposed the pub manager will be to having more live music, which can only be a good thing.

Want to try and make some of this. Anyone want to join me?

This is currently looking a bit shaky. Bass player is ill and the first 2 deps we've tried are unable to make it. Fingers crossed we get lucky before Sunday.
