Hi there, I'm thinking about taking some percussion grades (only 1 and 2) and wonder if anyone has any feedback, tips, hints or advice on the percussion exams?

Sorry I don't have any advice, but percussion is awesome ay!!! Do you play anything in specific? I can play the marimba!

I play drums (as in kit) and glockenspiel. I like the marimba too! I'm just thinking about taking some extra grades 'cos when I come to apply for music courses at college and university every grade helps! Percussion isn't one of my main instruments though.

I'm guessing bass is your main instrument?! yeah I love percussion, at the percussion group at school, we played glow in the dark pipes!!!
