Hey folks:
have you guys heard Chopin's Fantasia Impromptu??
The one in C#minor.
I reckon it's a beauty!!
But the fast part is quite challenging...
Anyone know what grade is it??

Hi
It is a beautiful piece and have tried it myself, however it is very challenging so havent managed to complete it yet!
I'm no expert but if you mean the piano version of the whole piece I asked that question before, and somone told me that it was around Diploma level.

If you're trying to play that thing on a violin you're giving yourself some hard work. Try a descant recorder. Hehe

And sorry but I was referring to the opening post! Was it meant to go on viva piano? I know the piece for piano. Not one I'm ready to try yet.

I really like that piece...but my friend messes it up. Chopin is horrible if you play it dirty, but it's beautiful if you play it "clean", I mean without your fingers slipping and proper fingering.
