Whenever there is a decent product on offer, the other team wins. Maybe this is partly to do with the very short time allocated to the task, so that if you put your efforts into designing a good product there isn't enough time left to do a good job on working out the profit margin and the best target market?
As to why Lord Sugar sacked Bilyana, I think he could tell from the way she behaved in the board room that there was no possibility of his ever working with her. That being the case, he might as well get rid of her straight away.

Often that's the case : and unfortunately the girls gave no thought to profit margins etc. that doomed them really from the outset, despite a superior product.

As others have said, Bilyana talked herself out of it - Katie would've gone otherwise...

I can no longer get any enjoyment out of this programme. As for the candidates, in most of the series I wouldn't have employed any of them. Theyre clearly chosen as being 'best' for a TV series. Im not going to watch this time.

Have to say, I'm glad Jane went because she was too OTT. Do you think she ever sells anything in her own business? - I run a mile when some-one tries a hard sell on me like that.
To be honest I'm quite enjoying this lot. Quite a few of them are rather naive in a business sense - (obviously not the ones who keep a handle on costs) and for some reason, I'm enjoying seeing them making idiots of themselves. I don't usually feel this way. In the past I've cringed and had to look away.

It's not just that there are only a few, but also that they get to know one another so the teamwork is much better. The early episodes are dreadful, because no-one knows who can be relied on to do what, so they all try to be too pushy and to do everything themselves. It's really a very artificial situation, because no-one would go into business with 7 strangers none of whom knew any of the others.
I was quite impressed by the winning team manager this week, whose name escapes me. He looks a bit depressed, but seemed to motivate his team very well.

I'm not sure about Laura either. She may be the best of a rather bad lot... My vote goes to Nick, who seems to be the only "normal" candidate. Wish he'd sort his hair out though!

I thought Sir Alan was right to fire Katie - after all, it was her third time in the board room and she gave some poor advice on this task. I think Adam will go soon; he was not a good project manager and he's certainly the most irritating candidate still in the process!
"Team" Phoenix really fell apart in the board room - I reckon Stephen made himself a few enemies! It will be interesting to see what happens next week.

Watching Azhar's progress has been quite interesting. It's been clear to me that they haven't liked him all the way along (I wonder if they haven't seen him as 'one of them'?) and there has been more than one attempt to 'gang up' on him. The trouble is, what he says is usually absolutely spot on - OK, by keeping on about it he's dug himself a deeper and deeper hole - but last night, the losing team had no strategy. He said that, but no one listened. I fear he's probably the sort of person that says what the rest don't want to hear. He wasn't to blame last night, but I think his days were numbered anyway.

Because Azhar showed no passion at all in the board room. He gave the impression that he couldn't care less, whereas Jade was desperate for the job. I don't think Jade will last much longer though, as she was not up to the task.
They just didn't show as much of Adam, and on a market stall he was in his element so didn't seem as annoying.
