Hi,

One of the pieces on the Grade 3 cello syllabus is "Two Themes From Peter & The Wolf" (Prokofiev). Does anyone know which two themes? And whether they have been transposed, etc.?

I'm wanting to do some preparatory work on this with a pupil while they're learning another piece and before they buy the music and start looking at it, so I just want to make sure I have the right two themes, right key, etc.

I don't know, I am sorry to say. But the "hunters" have the best melody in the whole work, in my opinion. (I don't mean the drums in the introduction by the way!)
